We own 20 to 30 properties at any given time, totaling 300,000 to 500,000 square feet of industrial and retail space, as well as various residential assets (apartments and mobile home parks). We have built shopping malls, retail strips, and residential developments in Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston over the years.
