We are interested in both “value-added” and stabilized properties. Properties that can be redeveloped, repositioned, or entirely vacant are strong acquisition candidates.

· Warehouse and flex space built for distribution
· Ample loading docks; prefer dock high
· Good truck access with clear height no less than 16 ft.
· Under rented properties
· Will look at metal buildings

Desired Retail Building Features
· $500,000 – $5,000,000
· Primarily B properties
· Interested in multicultural neighborhoods
· Strong growth potential with below market rents
· Single or multi-tenant properties

Desired Mobile Home Park Features
· At least 100 pad sites
· Prefer no park owned homes
· Prefer low vacancy parks
