Craig is responsible for the direct management, leadership, and strategic planning of all investments and company aspects, for the last 25 years. He has over 30+ years within the industry. He holds a CCIM and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He holds a BS is Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from University of Southern California (USC) and an MBA with an emphasis in Tax Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Irvine. Craig holds real estate broker license in California and Texas.

Brenda has been with Maylar for 25 years. She is responsible for financial analysis and reporting, acquisition and disposition of assets, property renovation, and tenant relations. Brenda holds a BS of Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University.
Jackie Martinez
Asset Manager
Jackie joined Maylar in 2016, specializing in property management. Her role encompasses overseeing property management and tenant relations, including lease negotiations and preparation. She graduated from University of North Texas in 2019 with a degree in Business Integrated Studies with a focus in Real Estate and Finance. She holds a Texas Real Estate Agent license.
Brian Matwijecky
Consultant
Brian transitioned into a consulting position in 2024. Prior to he oversaw property management and property acquisitions from 2009 through 2023. Brian graduated from University of North Texas in 2007 with a degree in Real Estate. He holds a Texas Real Estate License, has CPM and ARM designations, and holds a Residential Mortgage Loan Origination License (RMLO).
