Craig G. Johnson – President/CEO
Craig is responsible for the direct management, leadership, and strategic planning of all investments and company aspects, for the last 15 years. He has over 25+ years within the industry.
He holds a CCIM and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He holds a BS is Business Administration
with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from University of Southern California (USC) and an MBA with an emphasis in Tax Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Irvine.
Brenda Ables – Vice President/Senior Director
Brenda has been with Maylar for over 15 years. She assists in the acquisition and disposition of assets, property renovation, and tenant relations. She is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and an IREM CPM Candidate. Brenda holds a BS of Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University.
Brian Matwijecky – Director/Asset Manager
Brian joined Maylar in 2009, and is involved in property acquisition and property management. He targets potential investments, performs due diligence, as well as handling property management and tenant relations including negotiating and preparing leases. Brian graduated from UNT in 2007 with a degree in Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate broker, has achieved his CPM and ARM designations, and holds a Residential Mortgage Loan Origination License (RMLO).
